Founders of Dimore Studio, Britt Moran and Emiliano Salci, ventured out to create a new brand Dimoremilano – which includes distinctive and exquisite furniture, fabrics, objects and outdoor collections. At the historic Cinema Arti building, we unveiled a bit more of the ever-evolving galaxy of Dimore Studio.
Interstellar debuted Dimoremilano – the new brand comprising furniture, fabric, object and outdoor collections by Dimore Studio. The presentation itself was irrevocably striking and sophisticated. Are these two of the brand’s core values?
Britt Moran + Emiliano Salci: The hallmark style of Dimore Studio’s work is that of a design practice constantly moving between design, art, architecture and fashion. It is a widely recognized vision in that it allows the co-existence of different materials and different periods, a constant dialogue between past and present, tradition and contemporaneity, so as to create and shape a specific atmosphere in every project. We create spaces that have a sense of history, without being recreations of history. Give them roots that people can identify with, whilst making the space contemporary and up-to-date through the use of colours and materials that reflect the present.
