A mere fifteen metres separate the sea from the bay of volcanic rock where the White Exclusive Suites & Villas are located, the second project belonging to the Singular Properties family - and which opened two years after the inauguration of Santa Bárbara - whose Mediterranean features reveal João and Catarina Reis' passion for the Greek islands, without ever clashing with the mighty Azorean landscape.
If there is any premise that was pushed to the extreme in the conception of the project, it’s that nature – and tradition – are the principal amphitheatre of this supernatural spectacle, embedded in a lower area “that needed to be protected so as to be able appreciate this unique environment and context”, the owner reveals. White and the basalt stone stand out in what was once a holiday house located on a wine estate, in a project that would once again be assigned to the M-Arquitectos studio, and which would lead to the creation of nine one-bedroom suites and an intimate villa.
