NOMA requires no introductions, after all, this is a restaurant that bears two Michelin stars and has been distinguished on repeated occasions as “Best Restaurant of the Year”. Led by the chef Rene Redzepi, committed to a philosophy of experimental cuisine, this gastronomic mecca has opened new premises, installing itself in Christiana, on the outskirts of the Danish capital.
Occupying part of an abandoned warehouse (owned by the Royal Danish Navy for storage of mines) and extending into new structures, the refurbishment project was carried out by the BIG architecture studio.
