The result of Micha Pycke and Albane Paret's love for Ostend, design and hospitality, Paradis Apartment is a versatile and constantly evolving project. With capacity for five people, this place is both a holiday retreat and a place of inspiration for sharing and dreaming.

“Paradis Apartment is not a static concept, but a moving, versatile and evolving project. It’s not a gallery, nor a showroom or a shop, but a curated space where the works and objects are put to everyday use, away from the sacredness of the museum and the whitecube”, explains Albane.
The project's concept refers to the early days of people like Leo Castelli, Hans Ulrich Obrist and Gavin Brown, who all started their careers in the art world by staging exhibitions in their own homes.

When it came to decorating the apartment, the Dutch couple relied on the help of different renowned partners in the design world, such as Coseincorso, HAY, Maniera Gallery, LERRY Ceramics, among others. As well as the view over the sea, the kitchen designed by Atelier Ternier is an iconic part of this property. The open space room features a metal island that harmonises perfectly with the wooden sideboard and all the surrounding decoration.
