Nature, fresh air, unwinding. Montuiri is a land of mills, full of history and tradition.
And it’s here that we discover the Es Figueral Nou, at the heart of the island, being a ‘brother’ of the El Llorenç hotel in Palma, since it belongs to the same hotel group, Nybau Hotels. But here the experience offered is obviously different. This adults-only space, in a rural setting, invites you to relax, encouraging you to stop and enjoy the perfect tranquillity of the surrounding scenery.
The gardens full of native vegetation from the Balearic Islands which surround the estate cover 50,000 square metres. In the distance, one can see the huge fincas with their constructions dating back more than 3,000 years.
The main building was built in 1879 and, like the overwhelming majority of Mallorcan constructions with Islamic influences, the patio is an integral part of the house, which used to be the entrance, for those arriving on horseback. It is also the point of connection to the Es Pati restaurant, as well as leading to the outdoor swimming pool area, with its integrated jacuzzi, surrounded by the natural landscape.

In the morning, as we open the windows of our rooms, the sunrise envelops us. We go downstairs for breakfast and, if you prefer to eat outside, the water fountain ‘plays’ like ambient music and is guaranteed to replenish your energy!
