Just a stone’s throw from the Place du Marché Saint-Honoré, in the heart of Paris, Kubaba stands out as a global haven where the hospitality of the Levant finds a new expression.
Designed by Benjamin Cohen and Julien Casbas, at the helm of the Dalia Group, this space has been developed as an urban retreat that celebrates connection, sharing and the pleasures of dining.
Occupying 360 m² divided over three floors, the layout flows seamlessly, almost intuitively. On the ground floor, the open kitchen and spacious dining room establish a buzzing atmosphere, where movement and energy set the pace; on the first floor, the tempo slows, lending itself to more leisurely meals and hushed conversations; upstairs, a suspended khaïma (a traditional Berber tent) envelops the visitor in a welcoming setting, designed to prolong the evening amidst toasts and camaraderie.

The interior design, by Laleh Amir Assefi, reveals a space designed to be fully experienced. Here, Eastern influences blend with a contemporary approach, in an interplay of contrasts where flowing fabrics define the space, velvets drape the walls and historic rugs add depth, creating an atmosphere that is rich in texture, light and movement.
