Make is the restoration and resurgence of another piece of Anaheim’s citrus history. Built in 1917, the MAKE building was originally a marmalade factory built adjacent to and working alongside the Anaheim Packing House. This is the third phase of the culinary destination of the Packing District.
Make is home to a group of culinary craftsmen. The project will cater to a craft brewer, winemaker, distiller, and other artisan food makers. Make will be a unique building that showcases production in a social setting. With a grand social hall and communal bottle garden, MAKE is designed as a community gathering space to complement the existing uses within the Anaheim Packing District.
