The Atelier Kempe Thill received the commission for the realisation of 16 town houses in the city centre of Arnhem, in 2014. The housing complex is organized in 4 strips of terraced houses along green, semi-private streets. All houses have a private garden towards the south.
Its current status is still under construction, foreseeing to be finished in 2017.
