The idea for this project was to create an atmospheric, aesthetic, and emotional space that maintained, at the same time, a minimalist image.

The fluid communication, harmony and common aesthetic vision of the architects and the client gave Babayants Architects more freedom in the execution of the project, as well as in the selection of stylistic and technical solutions.

Bel Corpo specializes in body care procedures and is associated with a healthy and sporty lifestyle. The studio's interior would have to express this positioning and some softness and sensuality related to the relaxation and self-care treatments. Rounded shapes, tactile textures, smooth lines and a warm colour palette create an almost meditative feel.

All walls and railings were hand-coated with plaster. The reception, bar and studio furniture were custom-made in fibreglass, and all parts have rounded shapes. Glossy surfaces harmoniously contrast with dull and raw ones, adding a little fun and lightness to the interior.

The light was also essential in this project. Bright direct lights and accent backlights create different scenes and shadows. Each cabinet has adjustable wall fixtures to set the tone and brightness of colour and light. The pendant lamps that decorate the lobby was designed by Michael Anastassiades and fit perfectly into the studio's spatial geometry, emphasizing it.

The deepest meaning of the project is naturalness, inspiration and adoration of the beauty of nature, lines, shapes and tones that it has. Instead of decorative pieces, there are tree trunks devoid of bark that symbolize nature's firmness and eternal beauty.
