Embraced by greenery and set apart from the city’s rhythm, this residence was designed to offer its owners the sensation of living in a private boutique resort — serene, refined, and subtly indulgent.
Signed by Pazit Winer, designer and childhood friend of the owners, the house began as a true blank canvas, with only the basic structure in place. From there, a world took shape: one that blends contemporary minimalism with the expressiveness of materials, resulting in a modern, eclectic aesthetic enriched by pieces collected throughout travels around the globe.
The inspiration came directly from the latest trends observed in Milan. The travertine flooring, which flows across the ground floor and out into the garden, brings continuity and abundant light. In the kitchen, contrast takes centre stage: a dark-wood façade meets a sculptural stainless-steel island; a dialogue of textures that mirrors Milan’s current design spirit. In the bedrooms, champagne-coloured glass wardrobe fronts and textured walls introduce a tactile sense of luxury, enhanced by carefully selected lighting and contemporary furniture.
A fluid relationship with the outdoors is one of the project’s central elements. Large glass openings expand towards the garden and turquoise-toned pool, creating a permanent holiday atmosphere. Inside, bespoke carpentry, integrated lighting, and curated art pieces add depth and character to the space. In the bathrooms, generous showers and continuous travertine surfaces heighten the spa-like retreat.
The home is organised across two levels, balancing social areas with private moments. On the ground floor, a bright social space brings together the living room, kitchen with central island, dining area, family lounge, and guest bathroom. Outside, lush vegetation and the pool reinforce the resort-like feel. The upper floor houses the main suite with walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom, along with two additional main bedrooms for the younger family members. In total, the home offers six bedrooms, meeting the needs of a family who loves to welcome guests.
This project embodies the harmony created when design, emotion, and lived experience converge. A home conceived to be enjoyed with time, comfort, and beauty.
