With its youthful yet sophisticated vibe, this flat is the perfect example of how to introduce personality into a space.
Located in downtown Manhattan, in a historic building that was once the headquarters of Tiffany & Company, this loft was transformed with bold colours and wallpapers that match the sculptural pieces. The flat in New York's Flatiron neighbourhood is in an iconic residential building overlooking Union Square in Manhattan. Originally the headquarters of Tiffany & Company, the historic structure designed by John Kellum (1809-1871) dates back to the late 19th century. In the 2000s, it was topped off with six more floors of all-glass flats, designed by Eran Chen of the ODA architecture studio, blending old and new through the combination of cast iron and glass.

The building consists of 12 floors and 36 residences, with leisure spaces (including a massage room, sauna, swimming pool, yoga studio, etc.) and an exclusive range of kitchen and bathroom utensils manufactured by Sherle Wagner.
This double-height loft, whose owner is a 29-year-old fashion and technology enthusiast, shows an evident concern for design and the choice of materials, reflecting the client's lifestyle. Blue tones - the owner's colour of choice - predominate and have been incorporated throughout the house without dominating the space. Wallpapers and colour were used to create a feeling of comfort and simultaneously bring a young, cheerful vibe to the flat, perfect for entertaining friends. For example, in the space adjacent to the living room, where there was originally a bedroom, we now find the ideal room to receive guests for films and cocktails.
The park views add a poetic, romantic touch to the flat, and the vast walls are the perfect backdrop for displaying works of art. The glamorous kitchen complements the space. And the bedroom has been designed as an oasis of luxury with a dramatic painting for a bolder statement.
Overall, the flat is neutral and balanced, without neglecting a clear sense of luxury.
