A Brazilian soul fills the colourful interiors of this radiant residence, perfectly connected with its surroundings.
We are in Brazil, in the municipality of Itupeva, where we uncover the weekend refuge of a Brazilian couple. Unhappy with this residence, “that didn’t capture their real needs”, they want to transform this property so it would feel more welcoming and flexible, without much need of maintenance.

The answer would end up taking shape through the creation of a warm and friendly place, a Project that was carried out by SP Estúdio. “We wanted to transmit happiness in the touches of colors that are very present throughout the project”, explained the studio, and that’s why the colour palette was equally thoughtful, dominated by soft tones, such as mint green found in the kitchen, “the heart of the house”, or the blue that fills the barbecue area and living room.

With a considerable good taste, the studio also took advantage of the use of space by incorporating the terrace into the internal area. It’s a house of contrasts, a place to slow down and feel good. In the social areas, the wood contrasts with the porcelain floor, and in all the details we find this Carioca - hard to define – radiant style.
