We're in a small village in southern Sweden, in a swathe of forest which Mette Helbaek and Flemming Hansen decided to move to in 2016,out of a desire to exchange their city routine (both managed a restaurant in Copenhagen) for a lifestyle that brought them closer to nature. That's how Stedsans in the Woods came to be born the following summer. This is an idyllic retreat which includes a farm dedicated to permaculture, a farm-to-table restaurant and various options for guests wishing to sleep here.
