The colour palette for this space was inspired from a series of pictures by photographer Jordan Sullivan, portraying the chromatic variations of natural light on a mountain in different times of the day. Therefore, the colours of the restaurant and coffee shop Fine Food in Stockholm vary from deep marble green, and several cold and warm shades of pastel tones.

Located in the Hammarby Sjöstad area, in the south side of the Swedish capital, the space was entirely designed by Note studio. Referring to their cultural heritage, the Swedish designers used local materials, such as ash wood, brass and leather – the only exception was the Green Guatemala marble, found in some details of the restaurant.
The pavement is also an integral part of the nature-inspired chromatic palette, using herringbone tile floor from the brand Mutina in many shades of grey, to recreate the tones of rocks and mountains. The tables, sofas and shelves were custom-designed and produced specially for Fine Food.

Some details further emphasize the space’s identity, such as the Fuse lamps by Ex-t, designed by Note, the chairs of Zilio Aldo and wall brass lamps by Atelier Areti.
