There, between concrete and stars, the sense of plenitude is absolute, and the only certainty is that the spectacular feel of the building is derived from the strength of nature.
With a portfolio packed with breath-taking places, all inspired by simplicity and absolute respect for the environment, Silent Living once again proves that there are spaces capable of changing people's lives through the intrinsic relationship between excellent architecture and environments.

Located just a few minutes from the centre of the village of Monsaraz, and embedded in the slope of a hill, it is difficult to envisage, from the outside, the real dimensions of the building designed by Manuel Aires Mateus, a project initially conceived as a private house, but which ended up being transformed into an impressive space for accommodation.

Perfectly concealed by the green roof, and without neglecting the usual attention to detail, we are led by a mysterious staircase to the three rooms that are arranged along a single floor and conveniently illuminated by small circular patios, within the building.
