This house’s story is told together, by the client and the architects, as is usual in all projects signed by the architect Raquel Triboni's office – “this is how I try to work, always placing the client at the center and participating in their own project”.

Whoever enters the property is immediately faced with the personality of the client. Lots of natural light, light wood floors, light furniture, Brazilian design, a touch of the beach in some materials and a lot of sophistication in the illumination. The apartment is completely automated, from lights, sound, air conditioning, and the client can control everything from a distance, even without being at home.

The privileged view, the fireplace and the customer's lifestyle were the key points for this project. The idea was to integrate the entire house with the outdoor area and the view, as if it were a single space. Despite being a house with 200 square meters, it is easy to communicate through the glass divisions that make the space ample and very charming. In the living area, a little sophistication in the design through the fireplace covered in porcelain and stone and inherited from the original apartment.

Oak wood flooring was used throughout the apartment, which raises the tone of the flat. In the decoration, Brazilian furniture and natural coverings such as fibers and leather stand out. The different tones of wood used in the decoration give more personality and fluidity to the space.
