Genuine cuisine of excellent quality and for the whole family: this is A Camponesa, where parmigiano is king. Memola Estudio idealized the entire design of the space, whose main challenge was to interpret the whole history of the restaurant.
The conceptual axes of the project revolve around the idea of homemade food, made with good quality products and with simplicity at the service of excellence, architecturally translated into a chromatic palette where red stands out in earthy and crimson tones, as well as in the use of materials natural materials such as wood and brick. The new restaurant's floor assumes a strategic role because of its long extension and visibility, covered with red square ceramics. The demolitions of the pre-existing walls gave rise to an L-shaped plan, which surrounds the kitchen and the functional spaces restricted to employees, on the ground floor and mezzanine, preceded by a waiting room connected to the shopping centre through wooden and glass frames and sliding doors.

The hydraulic tile applied to the façade resembles, in shape and colour, the ceramics on the floor. The brand's logo was painted over it in a reduced-scale rereading of the large sign that signals the restaurant on the road. The ceiling contrasts with the red floor and is a secondary viewing surface, except in the section near the entrance where the double-height top is interrupted by the presence of the mezzanine.

In the hall itself, there are a series of coating patterns that derive from the project's palette and are coordinated with the layout, whose diversity adjusts the large space size to the feeling of welcome. The covering of the walls thus assumes a prominent role, restricting the fixed sofas through the application of a half-height strip inspired by traditional Brazilian farms – crimson colour and delicate lines. The strip changes colour to white in the section between the two windows on the rear facade to collaborate with the reflection of natural light and emphasize the plants, later returning to the crimson colour, highlighting the furniture.

The new kitchen walls were covered with half-exposed brick, except at the back of the bar, which plays a leading role in the interiors, both functionally and symbolically.
