Pedro Vasco Ferreira’s first project was carried out in collaboration with university colleagues. It involved the restoration of a country house and its conversion into a rural tourism unit in the borough of Arouca.
It never came off the drawing board, but it proved to be a milestone that helped him specialise in his practice – intervention in pre-existing buildings. We went to discover his studio – PF Arch Studio – where he leads a team of ten architects who collaborate intensively on both public and private projects.
