Despite its successful path and recognized reputation, Ta-Kumi's interior design was not in line with what its stoves cooked.
It was here that the work of the interior design team of the Spanish studio Paco Lago came in. Creativity was put at the service of geometry and nature and new spaces were emerging. The former terrace is now totally integrated in the restaurant, where the current wood structures have been modified, the stone, and the direct and indirect lighting allows to play with the atmosphere.
Inspired by the sharp knives that Japanese cooks love so much, the designers responsible for the Ta-Kumi project blends greyish wood, sheets and stones. Fine wood and legendary inscriptions in native Japanese, trigger a complete customer journey inside Ta-Kumi, making this experience much more than just gastronomic.
