Italian designer Giacomo Moor recently presented the limited edition collection Palafitte, produced by Project B. In this furniture collection, the designer continues to focus on the formal intersection between design and architecture and on the borders of small and large scale, as it happened with his series Attraverso and Metropolis, developed for Memphis.
For Palafitte, Giacomo Moor challenges his vast experience with wood and sets him self with to explore a completely new material: bamboo. Thus, presents a collection of seven pieces with a light appearance even if supported by a strong brass structure.
Giacomo Moor works and lives in Milan, his hometown, from where he develops his furniture and accessories. From his workshop he follows the entire production process of every piece.
