From the subtle encounter between interior and exterior, a pure residence is born, conceived around a sensorial atmosphere that defines PPAA's work.
The fusion with the landscape is the hallmark of this residence in Polanco. Located on the seventh floor of a new apartment building, in a residential and commercial area of Mexico City, the project takes into account its surroundings, perfectly connecting interior and exterior.

Facing the panoramic views is the living space - harmoniously enclosed with the kitchen - blending in with the exterior luxuriant parks of the city through the large sliding windows. “We also decided to use the same floor in both spaces” to blur the differences between the areas, added Alfonso de la Concha, Miguel Vargas, Pía Rodríguez, and Enrique Villegas from Mexican studio Pablo Pérez Palacios, the team behind the project.

For the walls, the choice fell on the use of white, a preference that explains the sober and neutral palette of the house, “so that all the fixed furniture attached to the walls remains white, leaving the rest of the furniture as the only protagonist.” The result is a residence with a beauty that lies in the absence of the superfluous; the elegance of simplicity with a small twist of radiance and vivacity.
