Inspired by the abstract creations of Piet Mondrian and expressing principles of the Bauhaus school, the recent-created 36-seat restaurant offers a colourful atmosphere that transports a wealth of the famous period to the heart of Vilnius.

The references to De Stijl's artworks, signed by the Architecture studio AIAI architects, can be felt throughout the space, not only in the sharp lines and bold primary colours but also in the selection of materials such as concrete, wood and metal. According to the architects, “the Bauhaus anniversary was a perfect impact on this project. Inspired by aesthetics, forms and details we’ve created a colorful dedication for this movement.”

The personalized interiors - with tables made from rough terrazzo tiles, retro-style chairs and sphere ceiling lamps - embody the welcoming feel of the establishment and it’s easy to understand why Lola became a mandatory stop among travels and locals: its visually striking aesthetic is the perfect visit card for attracting likes and followers all around the world.

The result is a “full-time Bauhaus showcase in the city” where clients can savour delicious brunches at the weekend.
