Open since last March, and making the most of its location close to Teatro de São Carlos, on Largo do Picadeiro, the Sea Me group continues to surprise us with new gastronomic experiences, this time in the guise of a mecca for carnivores in the Portuguese capital. More than just a conventional steakhouse, this modern grill house blends an exuberant image with a specialised savoir-faire, in a multidisciplinary intervention carried out by the studios 4+ Arquitectos, IARB and Cool Design, integrating, in the same space, the dining room, bar and recently-inaugurated outdoor terrace.
The open kitchen, commanded by the chef Tomás Pires, offers a display of the raw ingredients, exhibiting beef, pork cuts and poultry sources from Gavão, in the Alentejo and El Capricho, in León (a zone renowned for rearing native breeds and for its award-winning restaurant with the same name).
