Projected by the architectural studio Masparti, this familiar residence boasts a stunning privileged location in Sternerk, in the Czech Republic, with uninterrupted views over the forest and Drahany Highlands.

“This view is preserved both for those entering the top end of the street from the forest, as well as for those who live on the opposite side of the street, as the height of the house is rather low”, says Pavel Martinka and Ondřej Spusta, responsible for the project. In fact, it is through the extension of the house that the studio manages to answer the needs of a three generations family, reaching a more intimate and safe character.

Designed in neutral tones, defined by white, grey and brown, the house is composed of huge glass windows, that frame the natural beauty surrounding. With an entrance at the upper floor and another one at the lower floor, it is through its functional and simple structure that the studio takes advantage of the space, blending, subtly, with the exterior.
