The bowls collection Moon by Ilona Van Den Bergh comes from the geometrical figure of the circle. With a body of work with simple and pure lines, the Belgian ceramist brought these components to the simplicity found in Moon.
“It was a challenge for me to work with this perfect shape. I altered the line and broke the surface. I created for each object a new curve, a new route, a new life. A poetic deflection”, says Ilona. As it happens in all of her previous work, every piece is made by hand. The Moon collection is available in three sizes – 10, 15 and 25 cm diameter – and in several shades.
