Restored by Alberto Lessan and Jacopo Bracco from Blaarchitettura, this Airbnb occupies the former attic of a building in Turin, transforming it into a raw and bright apartment. More than just a simple short term rental place, guests will find the comfort they need inside a big reinforced concrete structure, in a place marked by neutral tones and natural light.

From the big glass structure - dividing the sleeping and the living areas -, taking in the Velux and the two windows or the green volume, that hides the bathroom and service rooms, the idea is that guests feel embraced by its simplicity and interior purity, with any excess of unnecessary decoration.

Highlights include, also, the heating pipes and the two metal beams, “inserted instead of the previous beams in reinforced concrete to increase the height from the ground and allow an easier passage”, the team explains.
