It was about two years ago that Juan de Mayoralgo moved away from the Portuguese capital to take up residence on Bonfim, one of the fastest growing thoroughfares in the city of Oporto. In this 1930s bourgeois home, he found everything he was looking for: a blank canvas, ready to be filled in with an eclectic universe, where antiquities converge with contemporary details, devoid of both excess and minimalism.

It’s through this encounter between past and present that the decorative project for this home is born, the outcome of experience in interior design and the French and Spanish influences of the owner.
