The goal was to build a contemporary house in a neighbourhood that is surrounded by more traditional and Mediterranean architecture.
The desire was to create a family home that was inviting, exotic, beautiful and, above all, comfortable. Using each space in the best possible way and making each room livable, functional and comfortable was the main premise of this project.

A palette of bright tones throughout the house brings the necessary balance with modern elements such as the cement and steel sliding doors, creating a harmonious and happy environment. Natural light and communication between interior and exterior were also very important throughout the project. Through the sliding doors, we are always in contact with the outside and with the breathtaking views that envelop the entire house.

Inside, in the most private part of the house, each room has a purpose, and the upper terrace is the perfect place to watch the sunset while resting, with the option to open or close the Uhlmaan parasols. The selected furniture is at the top of quality and materials, with brands such as Kettal, Henge, Holly Hunt and Minotti. Art is also present throughout the house, such as the unforgettable charcoal piece by Roberto Longo or the oil canvas by Michael Smith.
