During a constant seek for new designs and products that will bring comfort to their users, Technal just extended its catalogue with a new Ambial folding door multispace. This solution offers quality coatings and is characterized by its original opening, XXL dimensions – that can reach a 12 meters opening – and several applications. Aimed mainly to establishments open to the public, since it allows, for example, to totally link the dining room of a restaurant or a coffee to the esplanade or the swimming pool of an hotel, making them part of the landscape. The lower rail, the wheels with stainless steel and the opening elements (folding handle and handle of several middle sheets) make it easier to operate by the users.
Once closed, the Ambial door guaranties thermal insolation – due to an Uw lower than 1 W/m².K –, which optimize the interior well being and allows to save energy. Thanks to the exclusive Technal roller bearings , each window frame is able to support a weight of 150kg, this system can incorporate up to 10 window frames, with a maximum hide of 3 meters and width of 1,2 meters each, that is, in total a 12 meters window opening. The Ambial door allows restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, housing, etc. To be flooded with natural light, blurring the line between the interior and the exterior.
Ambial also offers several configurations which adapt to all needs and provide multiple structural possibilities. The profiles are leveled and the visible part is distinguished for its refinement and balance (63 mm in the standard version and 73 mm in the reinforced version).Thanks to the black coating in the vertical line of the frames and the decorative covers of the wheels and bearings, it is possible to achieve a smooth finished assembly. The operability of the windows is facilitated by the foldable handles and the intermediate frames. They are also distinguished by a flat design, that ensures a discreet integration in the frame. In order to optimize the security it is possible to incorporate a flat key, that protects the door against any mishap, inclusively harmonium position. The door and handles are perfectly integrated in the range set Soleal of Technal.
Thanks to the module of 75 mm, which includes up to 52 mm glasses, it is possible to optimize the comfort of their clients and the staff, both in Summer and Winter. It can reach a Uw of 0,95 W/m².K coefficient in triple glass and a 1,6 W/m².K in double glass (3 frames, L 3,45 x A 2,18 m, Ug= 1,0). Its resistance, to winds of approximately 160km/h ( C3 Class), makes it particular adequate to more exposed establishments , such of those located in the coast line. The “wing” type handle foldable and the magnets can block the main sheet and make the opening and closing easier, inclusively in the models with XXL size.
