Until October 13, the Watch Art Grand Exhibition showcases Patek Philippe’s expertise and creations, transforming the prestigious Marina Bay Sands Theater into the historic salons on Rue du Rhône in Geneva, the manufacture in Plan-les-Ouates, or the Patek Philippe Museum. After Dubai, Munich, London or New York, the company as now picked Singapore as the venue for its new large-scale exhibition, a city-state that also celebrates its 200th anniversary.

In ten theme rooms spanning 1800 square meters, we uncover the world of superior watchmaking artistry, offering a unique opportunity to all the industry lovers to “take a backstage look into the last independent, family-owned watchmaking manufacture”. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover the art and delicate craft behind timepieces inspired by the natural and cultural landscape of Singapore and Southeast Asia.

“In this part of the world, craftsmanship and artisanal skills as cultivated by the Genevan manufacture are highly esteemed”, the company explains. The exhibition coincides with the launch of several limited-edition watches and also presents a rich collection of Rare Handcrafts timepieces inspired by the cultural and artistic traditions of the countries in this region.

Entrance is free and all sales will be donated to the National Museum of Singapore to support the preservation of the arts and heritage in the city-state.
