Located close to the sea and in the outskirts of a Dutch village, W.I.N.D House expresses what a smart house of our time can be. The project presents sustainable integrated solutions and home automation devices. Also, the space’s flexibility allows for an ever-changing disposition of the areas, which can alter as needed. The building is organized vertically through a centrifugal circulation. 
W.I.N.D. House was developed by UNstudio that privileged a close relationship between the house and its surroundings, through a flower shaped design. The private spaces, such as the rooms, are located in the back of the building, protected by the woods; while the social areas expand and enjoy ample views at the front of the house.
