On the latest imm fair, in Cologne, Artek presented a collection of re-edition of pieces from the recognized Finish architect and designer Alvar Aalto (1898-1976). These creations were designed in the first half of the 20th century, some were even produced by the brand – founded by Aalto – before, but only now are back to its collection.
Noteworthy are the 23 and 26 chairs, two iconic pieces by Aalto, and a series of small utilitarian objects, that were part of Artek's collection for decades: The Wall Drawer 114B, Coat Rack 109C e Mirror 192, and are now back in production.
